Lmarc Turner, the main victim identified in the lawsuit, confirmed that he bought the PlayStation 5 on February 5 and that he had problems with DualSense analogs on the same day. According to attorneys, if a customer was aware of such a nuisance, he wouldn’t buy the PS5 or pay much less for the hardware.
