The main topics of talks between President Andrzej Duda and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will be Ukraine and our military cooperation – said BBN President Pawe Soloch on Wednesday when asked about President Duda’s visit to London.

On Wednesday, Soluk was asked on Wnet radio about President Andrzej Duda’s visit to London on Thursday and the topics the president will talk about with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

The head of the National Security Bureau replied that the main and leading topic would, of course, be Ukraine and issues of cooperation in this field. “Great Britain, right after the United States, is the leading country that takes a firm and tough stance towards Russia in the field of direct aid to Ukraine” – said Solok.

“This brings us closer,” he emphasized.

According to the head of the National Security Office, President Duda will also speak with the British Prime Minister about military cooperation. “We are talking about the possibility of building frigates in the framework of the Miecznik program, around the Narew air defense system. And here the talks and cooperation progressed well” – emphasized Soloch.

“Naturally, in light of what’s happening east of our border, we’d like to speed up these programs,” Solok stated. (PAP)
