Wednesday (Feb. 16) achieved more medals and results in the Beijing Olympics. Norway consolidated its progress in the medal table, with Germany and the United States advancing one position.
The day after the Olympics she brought medals in such competitions as: men’s and women’s team skiing in cross-country skiing, women’s biathlon relay, men’s slalom in alpine skiing, free skating, women’s hockey, figure skating, speed skating, and short track skating. The Poles didn’t win a puck, and the best achievement was ninth place for Isabella Marchesz and Monica Skander in the sprint sprint.
