The Cabinet approved a draft law amending the law on health care services funded by public funds and the law – the pharmacy law.
The most important solutions:
- The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is included in all regulations referring to the countries of the European Union or the European Free Trade Agreement,
- Transitional provisions have been introduced, according to which banks are required to deregister from health insurance persons for whom such insurance has been notified in the period from 1 January 2021 to the date of entry into force of the Bill for a British pension contrary to the provisions of the relevant agreements between the European Union and the United Kingdom,
- Health insurance covers foreigners who do not have the citizenship of any of the European Union, the European Free Trade Association, the United Kingdom or a place of residence in the territory of these countries, and at the same time fulfill the conditions of social insurance in connection with work in Poland.
The bill was introduced by the Minister of Health. as he knows KPRMThe new solutions will enter into force 14 days after the date of their publication in the Laws Journal.
