Magda Lynette has started the grasscourt season in Nottingham. In the first round, she defeated another Polish – Katarzyna Kawa. At the next meeting, she had to recognize the superiority of Teresa Martinkova.
Then she went to Birmingham, where her first competitor was Dagana Jastremska. The Ukrainian threw a Polish woman in the first round. However, Lynette remained in Great Britain and went to Eastbourne.
The conflict in this tournament began with a match with Danka Kovinic. This was the first time on a grass court for a Montenegrin tennis player. The last time she appeared on the court was during the Roland Garros tournament, where she finished the competition after defeating Iga Šwietik.

In the first set, both players presented themselves very well with their own passes. Lynette and Kovinich did not count a single break point during all games. So the tiebreak decided everything.
In it, the tennis player from Montenegro was not very effective in her services. Initially, the pole made two small penetrations. Lynette eventually allowed her opponent to score only one point. I scored three in a row at first, then four, using the first ball.
Service problems in the tiebreak affected the second game. In it, for the first time in this meeting, the pole developed a stopping point. Didn’t use the first, but it got better after awhile.
Lynette followed the blow and broke Kovinich two more times. In the end, from 1:1, Polka won five games in a row and closed the game in two sets after using the first match ball.
Another contender for the Poznan woman is American Seventeen Alison Riske, who bid farewell in the first round. Originally, Linette may have hit Coco Gauff, but she chose to back off.
