TriQube is a modern business incubator, where optimal conditions will be created for the development of young enterprises operating in the energy, information technology and electronic industries. They will have not only modern offices, but also specialized equipment that will enable them to develop research and business activities. In the building, apart from the multifunctional space, there will be laboratories for robotics, automation, 3D printing, photogrammetry and information and communication technology.

According to the investors, the main thought accompanying the construction of the incubator was to create a friendly space, stimulate the emergence of innovation, and at the same time stimulate creativity.

TriQube is an incubator created for entrepreneurs, as well as for students and alumni of Wrocław universities who will start their businesses here.

Business owners who decide to take advantage of the incubator offer will get access to the necessary business infrastructure, co-working space and conference rooms, including a large room in which up to 200 people can meet, on preferential terms. The innovative solution will be private telephone rooms and intimate business rooms adapted for b2b conversations.

The energy, IT and electronic industries that we are targeting with this investment are also smart disciplines in Lower Silesia – the areas on which we want to base our development.

Construction of the incubator has already begun

The building design was established at Q2Studio, and the contractor for the construction work is a consortium of Mosty Łódź SA and Magnitudo Sp. Zoo

The investment amount is more than 53 million PLN, of which 40 million is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program for the Lower Silesia region for the period 2014-2020.

The construction of the incubator has already begun. The first companies will be able to start operations there in just one year.
