Time for the crucial meetings of the League of Nations volleyball players! USA and Turkey will face in the second semi-final match. Both teams put in great performances in the main round, but now everything will be decided into a maximum of five groups.
The Americans are the favorites for the semi-finals, thanks mainly to the form they presented in the regular round. Out of fifteen matches they lost only one match to China (0:3) in the last round. Plus, they were virtually flawless, giving their competitors a total of just seven sets.

Turkish women will also stand a chance, as they showed by fighting for promotion to the semi-finals to the final. Throwing the tape, they beat China in the fight for fourth place. They lost only four games in total, and only Brazil (1:3), the United States (1:3), Japan (1:3) and the Dominican Republic (1:3) were better than Turkey.
So who will qualify for the Grand Final and try their hand at the most important test before the Olympics? We’ll find out in the evening.
