The Capital Green Council Of Warsaw has announced a tender for the selection of a contractor for construction work in Skwer Ormiański. The construction of an intergenerational meeting place on Mokotov Square is a project of the civil budget on which the local population depends a lot. Companies can submit bids until September 6.

The Armenian Square is a historic space in Sadyba, in the immediate vicinity of Fort IX, called Czerniakowski. Currently, residents can relax here among the green spaces and use the playground and playgrounds. The new pavilion will be a place that connects generations and a space for integration. In the end, everyone will be able to meet friends here, organize an exhibition or workshops in the neighborhood.

– Despite the initial difficulties caused by minimizing costs, we were able to get funds for this project that we and the residents have been waiting for. We love when gardens and lawns become places to bring neighbors together. We hope to successfully select a contractor and proceed with this investment. Ultimately, the pavilion will be placed under the auspices of the tenant who will be responsible for the organization and animation of this space – says Alexandra Magda Botkiewicz, managing director of Zieleni m.st. from Warsaw.

A one-story building with a glass facade will be partially closed on the garden hill. Thanks to this, in the warm months you will be able to enjoy the greenery, and in the winter you will be able to go skating. However, in the middle there will be a common multifunctional room, which will allow to organize more activities for residents at the same time.

By aligning the entrance to the pavilion with ground level, the facility will be easily accessible for the disabled. Next to it, there will be concrete stairs that can be used as a seating area or a hall for the events taking place there.
