British Defense Minister Ben Wallace announced, Thursday, after a meeting with the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Marius Paszaczak, that the United Kingdom will deploy the Sky Saber medium-range anti-aircraft system in Poland and will send an additional 100 soldiers. The head of the Ministry of National Defense also reported that Poland is preparing “very quickly” to create its own anti-aircraft defense, using the British experience. “We have started operations, as a result of which we will have our own anti-aircraft defenses,” – said the head of the Ministry of National Defense.
“It will be a combination of what we buy abroad with what can be produced in our country. We care about time, we have nothing to lose. There is a financial basis in the form of the Homeland Defense Act signed today by President Andrei Duda ”- added. (PAP)
