The Science Library (https://bibliotekanauki.pl/) is the largest online library of open-access Polish scientific publications, providing open access to full-text articles published in Polish scientific journals and full-text of selected scientific books with their metadata.

Currently, the database contains more than 420,000. Scientific articles from 1500 journals and portable copies of 500 open access books.

According to PPPN representatives, thanks to the new release of the Science Library, publications are becoming more visible on the Internet. In addition, we have improved the import mechanism, acquired a number of new magazines and books, helped implement open licenses, prepared educational materials, and conducted a series of training courses. We deliver data through an open API that allows integration with other systems and reporting (eg to a PBN). We create accounts on the new platform for all publishers and magazines that cooperate with us, allowing direct verification of imported data, enriching it with additional information and keeping it up to date ”- mentioned in the information.
