Dr. Diabolical’s Cliffhanger – This is the name of the newly emerging roller coaster and one of the long-awaited attractions of Six Flags theme park in Texas. This place was created for lovers of very strong sensations – it will be one of the most powerful roller coasters in the world.
The new roller coaster will officially open in 2022. The location and date of its opening are no coincidence – Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme park will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year.
The new extreme attraction promises to be truly amazing. The visualizations themselves are breathtaking.

Dr. The Diabolical Cliffhanger is set to feature three carriages that can accommodate a maximum of 21 people. The cable car will rise to a height of 45 meters, after which the wagons will suddenly drop at a speed of 96 km / h. The landing will occur from above at an angle … 95 degrees, that is, almost vertically down. It is this element that will make it the steepest roller coaster in the world.
While driving, there will, of course, be amazing reversals, numerous bends, rapid changes in levels, and therefore – significant effects of overloading and weightlessness.
The entire journey, with a length of 762 meters, takes just over 1.5 minutes. But this is enough to provide all guests with an unforgettable experience.
Although the attraction won’t be ready until next year, visualizations of the roller coaster and the funicular ride can be seen on video and photos. It will undoubtedly be a place for people who love adrenaline.
