The Immofinanz employees have at their disposal several closed rooms for meetings, the so-called focus rooms. The convenience of meetings in separate rooms is ensured by a large screen and designer lighting, which, apart from decorations, also improves the acoustics. Creativity and positive emotions are ensured by the original interior design – wallpapers, acoustic fabrics and upholstery are pleasant to the touch.

The design of the new Immofinanz office area was a challenge for us and was approached very individually, in the sense that the architects liked it the most. This was the first project to be implemented under the new guidelines for the myhive brand in Poland, but it allowed the addition of a local aspect. In the assumptions, the space was to be dominated by warm earth tones and various finishing materials that form a stylistic unity. The interior was meant to please everyone, be timeless and encourage creative work, without being overly avant-garde. We are delighted that we were finally able to achieve the measured effect – says Łukasz Michalski, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AVG Architekci.

In interior design, greenery has become an important element of the whole. The company “Flowers for the Office” was responsible for this. Thoughtfully presented bio-design (i.e. bio-design – design and implementation according to the idea of biophilia) led to lush green spaces, which offered a comfortable and healthy atmosphere and a connection to home and nature.
