Salon Win Restaurant is a unique space, created out of a love for travel, wine and fine things. We offer our guests a balanced blend of modernity and traditional approach to event organization, cuisine and service.

In our restaurant, we focus on the highest quality ingredients and the richness and taste of seasonal produce from our region. We have prepared our menu in such a way that each of our guest will find something for themselves. If Polish cuisine, in a remake, European cuisine is widely understood, pasta inspired by Italian and Austrian cuisine, original salads and an abundance of tapas-style Spanish tapas. .
Our guests also have the opportunity to sample wines from European vineyards and expand their knowledge on the subject of oenology. If you do not know what wine you like or have the impression that choosing it is a problem for you – come to us and you will know what you want and we will show you that choosing a wine is not difficult! In addition, we offer a wide range of strong alcohol, beer and soft drinks.
Events and organization of receptions
There are many occasions to celebrate and each of them should be celebrated properly. Our restaurant is the perfect place to be jasoo Both for organizing business and family events such as: intimate wedding, networking, christening, birthday, baby shower, one year old, jubilee, family meeting, training, company lunch, company Christmas eve, integration event, business lunch, etc . Traditionally, on Fridays, we organize concerts with intimate, atmospheric music, which in summer moves into the garden, giving the wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. We encourage talented, local and young artists, often performing, among others, Alexandra Toka, Tiborovsky, Maciej Oshoat, Carolina Pollack, Mateusz Sedek, Wojciech Novicki, but also visiting musicians. On some weekends we organize a relaxing session with DJ and dance music with improvisation on the saxophone.

The wine salon is also filled with works by local and international artists – sculptures, ceramics, paintings, only some of which are still available for purchase as most of them are our private collection. We also organize exhibitions to promote artists associated with the Jasło region, such as Sculpture in the Garden of Małgorzata and Bogdan Sambourski.
Even before the opening of Salon Wines Restaurant and Apartments, on the adjacent plot, on our initiative, we created the first traditional Jaso mural, depicting the original vision of a well-known self-portrait of our street of the same name – Stanisław Wyspiański. The mural – the work of painters from Jaso – Piotr Betlej and Jan Kukułka.
Apartments
We have five unique high standard apartments at the disposal of our guests, located on the first floor of our salon. The atmospheric décor, the intimate, boutique character, and the laid-back ambiance create the perfect conditions for a weekend getaway or a break from your daily routine. In our salon, we have free parking, a garden with space for the kids and place for four-legged friends, making Wine Salon the perfect place for a family trip. During their stay, our guests can also use the fitness room and sauna.

Recently, we have expanded our wine selection advisory offering, with the ability to purchase wine in both retail and wholesale quantities.
