The behind-the-scenes film shows the music recording process at Abbey Road Studios, one of the most famous studios in Great Britain (previously used by artists such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, and U2). Techland also shared his thoughts on Olivier Derivière’s approach to video games and how his vision and music were implemented in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Thanks to the cooperation of the talented composer and sound designers from Techland, players will be able to hear the soundtrack, which will change as a result of in-game actions. In addition, the document addresses many other issues related to in-game audio materials, including the non-standard recording process, which, due to the pandemic, has forced the creators to record individual sections of the orchestra separately.

Sounds of the Dying City shows how artists from different parts of the world – London, Paris and Los Angeles – joined forces to create an atmospheric soundtrack for Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
