On an area of ​​1.5 thousand. m² Elegant restaurant and bar areas will be created at Browary Warszawskie. Alexander Lykos is behind the concept, while the architectural vision was created in studio NOKE Architects.

  • The entire facility consists of 12 gastronomic concepts. Among them, among others Alon Than’s new concept called The Sushi, Dziurka Od Klucza with two new concepts – OCTO Pasta Pizza and a’Panu occo?! And Silk and Spicy.
  • NOKE Architects is a team of young designers who create concepts including hotel, home or office interiors.

Soon, the first guests will be welcomed by Food Hall Browary, located in the former Leownakownia at Haberbusch and Schiele Brewery. The author of the concept is Alexandre Lykos and Associates, who are representatives of the younger generation of the Lykus family – known for their amazing liveliness, hotel and gastronomic concepts.

From the beginning, it was clear that the potential of an efficient basement space could not be wasted, so we wanted to create a space where history, culture, art and gastronomy intertwine. It will be a venue of a high standard, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. We attach great importance to the visual impact of the prepared space, well-chosen music and connection with art. This place will be ideally suited for group meetings due to the large gastronomic areas and a wide range of different dishes, where everyone will find something for themselves. Together with the architects from NOKE Architects, we have been able to develop a vision of the space that shows the historical foundations in a modern form – says Alexandre Lykos.

The Food Hall Browary is primarily an impressive space of cylindrical cupboards with original restored bricks from the 19th century, when the Haberbusch and Schiele brewery was established. A contemporary version of the former “time cellars” will be a place for social gatherings, not only to enjoy excellent cuisine and cocktails, but also to spend free time. It will be a place to discover flavors inspired by history and art. Because here history, art and gastronomy intersect to create a unique aura and unforgettable experiences.
