Announcement of the visit of the Minister of Education and Science to the French Republic

Visits to Polish schools in France, meetings with students and teachers in these institutions, talk about the education of the Polish diaspora, participation in the Conference of the Catholic University in Lublin are the highlights of the two-day visit (May 14-15). Minister of Education and Science of the French Republic.

The main point of Minister Przemyslaw Czarnik’s visit to France will be talks on the support and development of Polish schools abroad. The President of MEiN will meet with teachers, students and parents to discuss the problems and challenges facing the Polish diaspora education. It will also present specific proposals for educational support for Polish schools abroad.

During the two-day visit to Paris, the Minister of Education and Science will speak with representatives of the Franco-Polish community. He will also participate in the John Paul II Catholic University Conference in Lublin, where he will present the activities of the Ministry of Education and Science for the benefit of the Polish diaspora education and support for Polish researchers and students.

The visit of the MEiN chief will end with the laying of flowers at the grave of Fryderyk Chopin.
