Recreation areas with many attractions, including a children’s obstacle course, as well as a mural commemorating Krzysztof Komeda, a jazz musician, features a Komeda property being built in Wrocaw. The third stage will start soon.

A mural commemorating the Krzysztof Comeda
The name Dom Development investment refers to the character of the famous Polish jazz composer and pianist, Krzysztof Komeda. The memory of the developer will be commemorated with music at the estate – the murals on the facades, the drawings in the common areas allude to his work.
In the spring of 2021, the wall of Building D will be decorated with the first posted mural referring to the artist’s work. The works are already underway and are due for completion at the beginning of May. It will be the first large-scale street painting in this part of Wroclaw.

Recreational areas for residents
There will be plenty of recreational areas for Osiedle Komedy residents: a green patio with street furniture, an outdoor gym, and a playground. The courtyard will be a recreation area for the residents with a separate playground. The recreation area will be equipped with wooden pallets built into the greenery, while the playground, in addition to the typical places for children, will have a sandpit and a table. Everything will be separated by a green belt and house-shaped walls, which will be additional attractions for the youngest residents.
A unique and generally accessible activity path awaits the youngest in the form of an obstacle path, the next stages of which are established together with the development of the estate. Along the entire length of the property, in individual construction phases, small architectural elements will be placed to stimulate the imagination and encourage different types of activities.
Each stage of the path will indicate the features necessary to overcome an obstacle course – courage, balance skills, precision of movement, agility and direction on the field. Thrust in the field will be the dominant theme of the final episode.
The planned completion date is planned for the fourth quarter of 2022.
