The Great Christmas Charity Orchestra isn’t slowing down. On the last Sunday in January, the 30th Closing Concert of the Great Christmas Charity Orchestra will be held. This is a unique edition for two reasons. On the one hand, the most famous Polish orchestra in the field of pediatric ophthalmology will play for the first time, and on the other – it is the finale of Jubilee, a good opportunity to see how the great Christmas charity orchestra has changed over the past 30 years. And who is really behind all this? The idea was born in Great Britain. Conversation in a pub in England. It was in this pub that the idea of raising money for equipment to save the lives of children with heart defects was born – the professor recalls.
