Fleetwood Mac co-founder and influential blues rock guitarist Peter Inexperienced has died aged 73.
Solicitors acting on behalf of his spouse and children mentioned in a statement: “It is with great sadness that the loved ones of Peter Green announce his loss of life this weekend, peacefully in his slumber.
“A further statement will be furnished in the coming days.”

Actor David Morrissey praised Green’s “wonderful soulful voice” even though Black Sabbath’s Geezer Butler described Environmentally friendly as “one of the greats”. And Scottish musician Midge Ure tweeted: “1 of the terrific types long gone. You taught me perfectly.”
In February this calendar year, artists which includes Fleetwood, Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour, ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons and guitarists Jonny Lang and Andy Fairweather Lower carried out at the London Palladium in a gig celebrating the early years of Fleetwood Mac.
Rolling Stone magazine ranked Green at selection 58 in its all-time record of the 100 best guitarists, describing him as “Britain’s most progressive blues guitarist” in his heyday.
